Blair Athol leadership team announced as finalists

Affinity Education has recently celebrated two dedicated members of the Milestones Early Learning Blair Athol leadership team!

Centre Manager, Xrystine Mirecki has been selected as finalist for “Outstanding Business Person of the Year” and Assistant Centre Manager, Holley Marshall has been selected as finalist for “Outstanding Youth of the Year” in Campbelltown.

Affinity Education Area Manger, Olga Klaassen sang their praises, “Xrystine and Holley both show outstanding professionalism and dedication in their roles and consistently goes above and beyond in everything they do."

"I am so proud to have these shining stars as part of the Affinity leadership team!”

Xrystine said she was honoured to be selected as a finalist, but without her team over the past two years, her centre would not be the success it is.

"I really could not be more thankful for the team at Milestones Blair Athol and the guidance from the Centre Support Office at Affinity Education", continued Xrystine.

"Everyone has so much to offer and continuously shows support, trust and encouragement. My Area Manager Olga Klassan has also been a huge support and always goes above and beyond in everything she does."

Holley echoed Xrystine's comments, "The regular access to online training, professional development and supportive network at Affinity Education has been amazing."

"I started as a trainee and worked as a room assistant. After being promoted to Room Leader, and then Assistant Centre Manager - Xrystine and I have worked closely together ever since."

Xrystine and Holley find out if they have won their respective titles later this month and we wish them the best of luck!
