What You’ll Be Doing
As a Centre Manager, you’ll lead your centre with heart and vision. In this role, you’ll:

Inspire, mentor and manage a team of educators and leaders

Build strong partnerships with families and your local community

Oversee the centre’s operations, compliance, and educational outcomes

Collaborate with national teams in Quality, Education, Marketing and more
-
Ensure your centre meets or exceeds the National Quality Standards

Champion child safety and wellbeing in every decision and interaction
What You’ll Need
To apply for a Centre Manager role, you’ll need:

A Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or ACECQA-approved equivalent)
-
Proven experience in early learning centre operations or leadership
-
A valid Working with Children Check
-
First Aid, CPR, asthma, and anaphylaxis training
