What You’ll Be Doing
Corporate roles at Affinity Education are diverse, but every team member plays a part in supporting our centres, staff, and families. Depending on your role, you may:

Provide operational guidance and tools to help our centres meet quality standards

Build and manage digital platforms and marketing campaigns

Drive finance, compliance, or legal initiatives across the organisation

Develop training programs to support educator growth and wellbeing

Lead people-focused projects that enhance our workplace culture

Support mergers, property development, or innovation projects across the business
