About Affinity Education
Affinity Education exists for one reason - to give every child the best possible start in life.
We are one of Australia's largest early childhood education providers, with over 5,700 educators and support staff delivering high-quality care and education to more than 20,000 children and 8,000 families across the country.
Founded in 2013, our mission has remained consistent: to inspire and nurture individuals to reach their full potential. That starts with the children in our care, and extends to every educator, teacher and support person who makes that care possible.
Potential, realised.
Our story
Affinity Education was established with a clear purpose: to create early learning environments where children thrive, educators grow, and families feel genuinely supported.
Over more than a decade, we have built a national network grounded in high standards, developing our own curriculum, investing in our people through the Affinity Learning Academy, and forming partnerships with leading researchers, universities and cultural education providers.
We have stayed close to what matters: the quality of care in every room, in every centre, every day.

Our childcare centre brands
Affinity Education operates over 240 early learning centres across Australia under four brands. Every centre, regardless of brand, delivers the Lifelong Learning Curriculum and is held to the same standards of care, safety and quality.
What we stand for
More than 70% of our leadership roles are filled through internal promotion. Over 90% of our centres have achieved or maintained a rating of Meeting or Exceeding the National Quality Standard. These aren't targets, they're the result of a culture that holds itself to a high standard, consistently.
Our dedicated national teams across education, quality, safety, people and compliance work alongside centre teams to ensure every service reflects the Affinity standard. Safety and accountability are not add-ons, they are built into how we operate.
