What You’ll Be Doing
As an Assistant Centre Manager, you’ll be a trusted leader and role model in your centre. In this role, you’ll:

Support the Centre Manager with daily operations, planning, and team management

Build strong relationships with families, educators, and the local community

Help ensure the centre meets National Quality Standards and compliance requirements

Motivate, mentor, and support your educator team

Lead by example in creating a welcoming, inclusive, and safe environment

Contribute to strategic planning, rostering, and centre goals
What You’ll Need
To apply for an Assistant Centre Manager role, you’ll need:

A Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or be working towards one)

Experience working in an early learning environment

A valid Working with Children Check
-
First Aid, CPR, asthma, and anaphylaxis training
