Nicholas Antuar has been appointed Head of Learning and Development - a new role created at Affinity Education Group for 2025 in line with our promise of Potential, Realised.

“I am inspired by the profound impact our people have every day on children’s lives, so it’s exciting to be able to bring my philosophy of investing in you, enriching their future to the future training and upskilling programs we will introduce here,” he said.
In addition to previous experience in medium to large ECEC organisations, Nicholas has many years of learning and development experience in industries including banking, insurance, retail, telecommunications, energy and automotive, and is an experienced lecturer and tutor in Human Resource Management and Development at QUT.
