Affinity Education Group is proud to confirm we've once again been accredited by the Australian Breastfeeding Association (ABA), for the period August 2026 to August 2027.
This accreditation isn't just a badge - it reflects a genuine, ongoing commitment across all our centres, including Milestones, Papilio, Kids Academy, Aussie Kindies and Affinity Education, to support breastfeeding for the families we care for and the people who work with us.
What this means for families
Every one of our centres has a dedicated breastfeeding zone - a comfortable, private space for parents to feed their baby during drop-off, pick-up, or a visit. If you're touring a centre, our team is always happy to show you around this space and talk through how it's used.
We know breastfeeding looks different for every family. That's why we also share resources from the ABA's Virtual Village program, which offers free, practical support from pregnancy through to beyond the newborn stage, including guidance for specific situations like breastfeeding twins or triplets, breastfeeding with diabetes, breastfeeding a baby with Down syndrome, and tailored support for LGBTQIA+ families.
What this means for our team
We're also proud to be an employer that supports breastfeeding for our own educators and staff. Expecting and new parents on our team have access to the same breastfeeding zones and are supported by their centre in navigating this stage of life alongside their work.
