Happy Workiversary Miss Tina and Miss Adriana
Among our many talented and valued Affinity-ites around Australia, April includes the Affinity Workiversaries of two wonderful early childhood educators and leaders in our sector. We would like to take the opportunity to recognise the work, dedication and passion of Tina, our Centre Manager at Milestones Early Learning Everton Park, who is celebrating 15 years, and Adriana, our Affinity Area Manager who is celebrating 18 years!

Affinity Education Group Launches Reconciliation Action Plan (RAP)
After more than two years of collaboration and planning, Affinity Education Group has launched our Reconciliation Action Plan (RAP) reflecting a national community commitment.
The plan’s launch took place in Brisbane on Turrbal and Yuggera land on 3rd April 2025 and was acknowledged nationally across all early childhood education centres operated by Affinity on Monday 7th April.

Early Indicators of Success at Primary School Now Possible at Affinity Education Centres
The parents of more than 15,000 children between the ages of three and five years have been provided Australia-first access to data showing early indicators of success at Primary School and beyond.
In the third year of a partnership between Affinity Education Group and the University of Wollongong, the Early Years Toolbox is already mid-way through Semester 1 testing at more than 250 early education centres owned and operated by Affinity.

Potential, Realised: Best Centre Manager Bree White
“Early Education is my core value and most important motivation.” Being announced as Affinity Education Group’s Best Centre Manager late in 2024 came as a genuine surprise for Bree White, Centre Manager at Milestones Early Learning Emerald Beach, which operates on Gumbaynggirr Country land.
“There are so many amazing Centre Managers within Affinity, I was surprised to be nominated as the State Finalist. To be announced as the National Winner in the Best Centre Manager category was just amazing – I am very proud of our centre and team,” Bree said.
