Celebrating Affinity Educations Trainees Of The Month For March

We are excited to highlight some of our most dedicated and passionate trainees in our centres throughout Australia for the month of March. Through the Affinity Learning Academy, we are committed to providing a supportive network of knowledgeable and experienced coaches who inspire their students to reach their full potential.

Our earn-while-you-learn, and range of fully funded study pathways, are just a few reasons the Affinity Learning Academy is loved by so many students, Educators, Teachers and Management who are wanting to excel in the early childhood education and care sector.

Jackie Linares from Milestones Early Learning Cranbourne North

A huge congratulations to Jackie Linares from Milestones Early Learning Cranbourne North for being the Student of the Month for March! Jackie is a dedicated educator, who works hard in every room (Kinder especially) and always implements learnings into practice!

We asked Jackie a few questions surrounding this outstanding achievement:

When did you make the decision to make early childhood your career pathway?

After being a stay-at-home mum, my passion grew in working and being around children. I knew being a part of the learning journey, and creating connections was something I wanted to grow more knowledge in.

What do you love most about being a part of the Affinity Learning Academy?

Having an endless amount of support from management, fellow staff, and trainers is something I love about Affinity and value very much. I also love that there are plenty opportunities for growth.

What does receiving student of the month mean to you?

Receiving this award brings me more motivation and inspiration to keep pushing and expanding in my role and studies.

Can you tell me a little about your centre and what you love most about it?

Milestones Cranbourne North holds many values that align with my own. We focus on building safe environments and maintaining trusting relationships not only with the children, but families and colleagues. This is one of many reasons why I love working here!
