Going above and beyond

CEO Tim Hickey said that the awards started about five years ago. "Our ambition was to build a culture that recognises and rewards our people for living our values and going above and beyond with performance. It has evolved and has become bigger and bigger. Affinityites keep going above and beyond to deliver amazing service to our parents and the children." Mr Hickey said.

"We have nominations for new Trainees, Cooks, Centre Managers, Assistant Centre Managers, Educational Leaders, and Early Childhood Teachers. Whichever role you play in our organisation, we want to make sure that we give an opportunity to recognise you." Mr Hickey said.

Recognising those leading the way

"The most important thing is that we're living our Affinity values because they differentiate us; it's what makes it different to work with us versus working with anyone else. We do live and breathe these values. These awards are a fantastic opportunity to recognise those who stand out and lead the way because we want to keep improving as an organisation," Mr Hickey said.

The 2023 Affinity Awards National Winners will be announced on 11 December 2023.
