The valuable work of our Assistant Centre Managers is critical in leading and motivating educators to build a positive and enjoyable work environment. This role is considered a pathway to becoming a Centre Manager receiving training and support that set you up for success.

In addition to assisting with the day-to-day operations of the centre, our Assistant Centre Managers also build long-lasting relationships with the local community and families. Assistant Centre Managers receive customised development plans, opportunities to work towards management roles and also the option of study to become an Early Childhood Teacher.
