Working as an Centre Manager with Affinity Education

It takes a special person to become an Affinity Certified Centre Manager. And when you meet one, you’ll understand why. Your day-to-day role will vary from warmly welcoming families, advocating for children, and guiding your team’s professional growth. The early education and care sector has traditionally used the term Centre Director to describe the manager of a centre.

Our Centre Managers enjoy a diverse role that sees them engaging with all areas of the business. They provide exceptional leadership to their team, collaborate with Centre Support teams in areas of Education and Quality, are the first contact for families and children in their centre. 

Each Centre Manager requires a Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care and experience working within a centre environment.

Each employee undertaking qualifications with The Affinity Learning Academy is supported with on-the-job coaching, subsidised funding, access to professional development opportunities through our online hub, comprehensive development plans, and more.
