What You’ll Be Doing
As a Lead Educator, you’ll take ownership of your learning space and guide your team to deliver quality experiences every day. In this role, you’ll:

Lead planning and documentation of inquiry-based, play-led programs

Support and mentor educators to deliver consistent, high-quality care
-
Build strong, respectful relationships with children and families
-
Observe and track children’s development to guide learning goals
-
Ensure routines are safe, inclusive and aligned with centre practices

Work closely with your Centre Manager and Educational Leader to meet goals
What You’ll Need
To be a Lead Educator, you’ll need:
-
A Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or be actively working towards it)
-
A Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care
-
A valid Working with Children Check
-
First Aid, CPR, asthma, and anaphylaxis training
