Our Affinity Learning Academy provides fully-funded training and support to enable our people to complete their Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care and Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care, on the job, so they can earn as they learn. This creates one of the highest qualification completion rates in the industry.
