At Affinity Education, quality isn't a checkbox, it's the foundation of everything we do. Across our network of over 240 centres, every Milestones, Papilio, Kids Academy and Aussie Kindies service is guided by the same commitment to genuine, measurable educational quality.

Guided by the National Quality Framework

Every Affinity centre is assessed against the National Quality Standard (NQS), the benchmark used across Australia to measure the quality of education and care services. The NQS covers seven Quality Areas, from educational program and practice through to governance and leadership, and our centres are regularly assessed and rated against it by state and territory regulatory authorities.

Our centre teams work continuously toward the highest possible ratings, and quality improvement plans are in place across the network to support ongoing growth in every Quality Area.

A Team Dedicated to Quality

Our dedicated Quality team works in partnership with centre Directors and educators to maintain consistent, high standards across every service. Drawing on deep experience in the early childhood sector, the team supports centres through internal reviews, coaching and quality improvement planning, helping every educator deliver on Affinity's commitment to genuine care and learning outcomes.

Our Approach to Continuous Improvement

Quality is never static. Every Affinity centre maintains a Quality Improvement Plan (QIP), reviewed regularly to reflect new learning, feedback from families, and evolving best practice. This living approach means our centres are always working toward the next level of excellence, not simply maintaining a rating.
