My name is Brooke Treacy, and I’m proud to be the Centre Manager at Little Beginnings Fernhill Road. With a Bachelor of Education (Early Childhood) and more than 14 years of experience, early childhood education has truly been my passion for as long as I can remember.
I place the child at the heart of everything I do. My priority is to create a safe, calm, and welcoming environment where every child feels supported and every family feels heard. I believe in leading with kindness, open communication, and consistent, high‑quality practice, ensuring our centre is a place where children can learn, grow, and thrive at their own pace.
I am deeply committed to supporting families and building strong, trusting relationships. Working closely with our team, I strive to provide the highest quality of care and education, while nurturing a warm, positive atmosphere where both children and educators feel valued.
