My name is Emily Brice, and I’m proud to be the Centre Manager at Little Beginnings Maryville. With a Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care and 14 years of experience, I am passionate about creating a warm, welcoming environment where children, families, and educators feel connected, supported, and valued.
One of the things I love most about working in early childhood education is the opportunity to build strong relationships with children and families. No two days are ever the same, and I genuinely enjoy greeting families each morning and helping create a safe, inclusive community where everyone feels a sense of belonging. Watching children grow in confidence, develop new skills, and form meaningful friendships is incredibly rewarding.
At Little Beginnings Maryville, we pride ourselves on our strong community connections and family-focused approach. Our centre has a genuine family feel, with many of our families and community members knowing and supporting one another. We also offer sports programs twice a week, providing children with fun opportunities to stay active, build confidence, and develop physical skills.
Inclusivity is at the heart of everything we do. We celebrate and respect all cultures, family structures, and individual needs, ensuring every child feels welcomed, understood, and supported.
