Meet Our Wyong Early Learning Team
My name is Rebecca Wiseman, and I’m proud to be the Centre Manager at The Beach Early Learning Centre Wyong. With a Diploma in Children’s Services and 15 years of experience in early childhood education, I am passionate about creating a safe, caring environment where every child feels valued, supported, and encouraged to grow.
What I love most about working in this industry is the opportunity to make a positive difference in children’s lives each day. Watching children learn, develop, and reach new milestones is incredibly rewarding, and I’m committed to ensuring every child feels confident, supported, and excited to explore their world.
Our centre is truly one of a kind. We are lucky to be based in a beautifully restored heritage courthouse, rich in history and full of character, creating a unique and inspiring learning environment. We place a strong focus on community connections, working closely with local organisations such as Barang, who visit the centre to share Aboriginal culture and learning experiences with our children.
Children also enjoy a range of enriching programs, including our weekly Mini Monsters sports program, and benefit from the support of our bilingual educators, who help create an inclusive and culturally rich environment. As a centre, we’re passionate about giving back and regularly host community initiatives such as the Biggest Morning Tea, supporting important causes like cancer research and community wellbeing.
