Internationally Recognised HR Manager Delivers Outstanding Professionalism

Affinity Education is proud to congratulate Head of People and Culture Linda Carroll, who has been recognised by Human Resources Director Magazine (HRD) in their 2021 HRD Global 100 list.

The annual Global 100 recognises the outstanding achievements of HR leaders from six markets - Australia, New Zealand, the US, Canada, Asia-Pacific, and the UK. The 2021 edition of the Global 100 celebrates leaders who have shown a significant commitment to their companies throughout the last twelve months, safeguarding their employees and deftly navigating a constantly changing landscape.

“Over the past twelve months we have continued to build on Affinity’s position as an Employer of Choice within the early childhood education and care sector,” explains Linda.

“We know the last year has been a challenging year for many. However, Affinity has seen a record number of employees promoted internally and embarking on employer-funded accredited training pathways. Our People and Culture team have been instrumental to this success. We are very proud of these achievements during what has been a uniquely challenging year."

With more than twenty years' experience in HR Management, Linda joined Affinity Education Group in March of 2014 as Senior HR Business Partner, ultimately working her way up to her current role as Head of People and Culture. Linda played a key role in launching the Affinity Learning Academy training program for employees. Most recently, her and her team were nominated as finalists at the 2020 Australian HR Awards.

Congratulations, Linda, on your achievement!
