Looking to develop your early childhood education skills? The Affinity Learning Academy and our preferred Registered Training Organisations providers will support you through a range of introductory qualifications to prepare you for impacting little lives. The first step of our career in early childhood education: a Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care.

Diploma in Early Childhood Education & Care

Diploma-qualified educators play a valuable role in the implementation of our research-based approach to early education.

In each childcare centre, kindergarten or preschool our Diploma-qualified people are Room Leaders, Group Leaders, Educational Leaders and other vital roles.

Completing a Diploma in Early Childhood Education & Care prepares you for the role you’ll play in supporting children's growth and development in their earliest years.

Affinity Education Teacher Scholarship Pathway

For educators and managers who demonstrate dedication and quality performance in their roles, the Teacher Scholarship Pathway offers a fully-funded pathway to completing their Bachelor of Early Childhood Education and becoming an Early Childhood Teacher.

Once you complete the application process with Affinity Education and are approved, you will receive a sponsorship to complete your Bachelor of Early Childhood Education. Scholarships are available at a number of universities around Australia.
