Multi Day Discount

These Terms and Conditions apply to the “Multi Day Discount” promotion (Promotion) offered by Affinity Education Group (Affinity) and operates in addition to Affinity’s policies and terms of enrolment. By participating in the Promotion, families agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

Promotion Period

This Promotion is valid between 8:00am (AEST) Monday, 11 May 2026 and 5:00pm (AEST) Thursday, 31 December 2026 (Promotion Period).

Eligibility Criteria

To be eligible for the Promotion, a family must meet one of the following eligibility criteria during the Promotion Period:

• Existing Families Increasing Days - Families with their child/ren enrolled for 2 or 3 permanent days of care per week and who increase attendance for their child/ren to 4 or 5 permanent days of care per week; or
• Sibling Enrolments - Families who enrol a sibling of an already enrolled child for 4 or 5 permanent days of care per week; or
• New Families - New families who enrol their child/ren for 4 or 5 permanent days of care per week.
  Eligibility is assessed at the sole discretion of Affinity.

Promotion Details

Eligible families shall receive the following discounts (Discount) applied to the incremental permanent days added to a child’s enrolment:

• 20% discount applied to the 4th permanent day of care in a one-week period; and
• 30% discount applied to the 5th permanent day of care in a one-week period.

For the avoidance of doubt, the first three (3) days of care in a one-week period do not receive any Discount under this Promotion.

The Discount applies to the gross daily fee applicable, before the Child Care Subsidy (CCS) or any other government assistance is applied. Families remain responsible for ensuring CCS eligibility and compliance.

Additional Terms and Conditions

The following additional terms apply to the Promotion:

• The Promotion applies only to the Services and while places remain available.
• The Promotion does not apply to days of care in either the Kindergarten or Preschool rooms.
• If a Family participating in the Promotion reduces their permanent days of care to be fewer than 4 days per week, the Promotion will cease immediately and the Family will be charged the Service’s standard fee.
• In accordance with Affinity’s Fee Payment Procedure, the Family’s account must remain paid one week in advance to maintain eligibility for the Promotion. If the account falls into arrears, Affinity may suspend or remove the Discount at its sole discretion.
• Affinity reserves its rights to change, modify or cancel the Promotion at any time at its sole discretion.
• Affinity reserves the right to amend its standard fees at any time.
• The Promotion cannot be used in conjunction with any other discount or promotional offer, unless approved in writing by Affinity.

Definitions

• Family means: the parent/guardian responsible for the child’s enrolment and fee payments.
• Permanent days means: ongoing, recurring and consistent booked days of care.
• Service means the following list of centres:
