Terms and Conditions

The Promotion

This “Refer a Family for 25%” promotion is offered to families whose child/ren are currently enrolled in an eligible Affinity Education Group Early Learning Service (“Referring Family”) and refer a family who proceeds to enrol a child (“New Child”) who is not currently enrolled at an eligible Affinity Education Group Service (“Service”).

For each New Child that enrols, the Referring Family and New Child will each be entitled to a promotional discount of 25% (“Promotion”) off the published daily fee per child enrolled at the Service for the period of 4 weeks commencing from the date of enrolment of the New Child (“Qualifying Date”).  For example, if one New Child enrols, the Promotion will apply to one enrolled child of the Referring Family and the New Child until the Qualifying Date.  If two New Children enrol, the Promotion will apply to two enrolled children of the Referring Family and two New Children, and so on.

The Promotion commences on 2 March 2026 and ends on 30 June 2026 (“Promotion Period”).

The Promotion is subject to the terms and conditions set out below, and the terms and conditions of the enrolment form required by the Service for each New Child. All enrolment forms must be completed on or before the New Child commences care at the Service.

To be eligible for this Promotion:

  • The New Child must be enrolled and commence care at the Service during the Promotion Period.
  • The Referring Family must be enrolled at the Service at the commencement of care of the New Child.
  • Referrals must be made directly with the relevant persons at the Service and approved with the relevant manager.
  • Enrolments must be:
    • for a minimum of 2 days per week for each New Child; and
    • each New Child must remain at a minimum of 2 days per week at all times until the Qualifying Date.
  • The Referring Family and New Child must be enrolled and still in care at the Service on the Qualifying Date.
  • A New Child does not include a sibling of a child already enrolled with or previously referred to an eligible Affinity Education Group Service.

After the Qualifying Date the Promotion Discount will cease to apply to the Referring Family’s account and Affinity Education Group’s published childcare fees for the Service will apply.

In accordance with our Fee Payment Procedure, the Referring Family’s account and the New Child’s account are required to be up-to-date and fees paid a week in advance to be eligible for the Promotion. In the event the Referring Family’s account is not up to date, or it does not have a payment plan in place, the Promotion will be forfeited to the extent it applies to the Referring Family. Likewise, if the New Child’s account is not up to date, or it does not have a payment plan in place, the Promotion will be forfeited to the extent it applies to the New Child.

The Service reserves its rights to change, modify or cancel the Promotion at any time in its sole discretion.

The Promotion is not valid with any other offer and subject to availability of care.

The Promotion is not available to any staff members or employees of Affinity Education Group.

Affinity Education Group fees are subject to change.

In this Promotion, “Service” means all Affinity Education operated early education centres.
