Terms and Conditions

The Promotion

The “Refer a Friend – Save on Fees!”” promotion is offered to families whose child/ren are currently enrolled in any Affinity Education Group Early Learning Service (“Referring Family”) and refer a family who proceeds to enrol a child who is not currently enrolled at an eligible Affinity Education Group Service (“New Child”).

For each New Child that enrols, the Referring Family and New Child will each be entitled to a promotional discount of 25% (“Promotion”) off the daily fee per child enrolled at an eligible Affinity Education Group Service for the period of four (4) consecutive weeks from the date of enrolment to the New Child.(“Qualifying Date”). The Promotion applies to each New Child, not per family.

For example, if one New Child enrols, the Promotion will apply to one enrolled child of the Referring Family and the New Child until the Qualifying Date. If two New Children enrol, the Promotion will apply to two enrolled children of the Referring Family and two New Children, and so on.

The Promotion commences on Monday, 1 September 2025 and ends on Friday, 31st October 2025 (“Promotion Period”).

The Promotion is subject to the terms and conditions set out below and the terms and conditions of any signed enrolment form.

To be eligible for this Promotion:

  • The start date of the New Child enrolled via the “Refer a Family” promotion must be within the Promotion Period.
  • Referrals must be made directly with the relevant persons at an eligible Affinity Education Group Service and approved with the relevant manager.
  • Enrolments and attended sessions for the New Child must be:
    • for a minimum of 2 days per week
    • must remain at a minimum of 2 days per week at all times until the Qualifying Date.
  • The Referring Family and New Child must be enrolled and still in care with an eligible Affinity Education Group Service on the Qualifying Date to receive the Promotion.
  • A New Child does not include a sibling of a child already enrolled with or previously referred to an eligible Affinity Education Group Service.

After the Qualifying Date the Promotion will cease to apply to the Referring Family’s and New Child’s family account.

Example:

Referring Family with 3 children enrolled at an Affinity service refers a friend to an Affinity service (New Family).

The New Family enrols their 2 children for 2 days per week, including a Monday within their enrolment.

Both families are now eligible for the Promotion.

After the New Family’s children have attended for four consecutive weeks, both families receive a 25% discount off two children’s bookings for the next four consecutive weeks of attendance. The Enrolled Family does not receive the 25% off for the third child.

Important conditions:

In accordance with our Fee Payment Procedure, Referring Family’s account and the New Child’s account are required to be up-to-date and fees paid a week in advance to be eligible for the Promotion. In the event the Referring Family’s account is not up to date, or it does not have a payment plan in place, the Promotion will be forfeited to the extent it applies to the Referring Family. Likewise, if the New Child’s account is not up to date, or it does not have a payment plan in place, the Promotion will be forfeited to the extent it applies to the New Child.

The Service reserves its rights to change, modify or cancel the Promotion at any time in its sole discretion.

The Promotion is not valid with any other offer and subject to availability of care.

The Promotion is not available to any staff members or employees of Affinity Education Group.

Affinity Education Group fees are subject to change.
