The Promotion

This “50% off Childcare fees” promotion is offered to new families, whose child/ren are currently not enrolled in any Affinity Education Group Early Learning Service (“New Family”) and who wish to enrol their child/ren at an eligible Affinity Education Group service (“Service”).

For each Child that enrols, the New Family will be entitled to a promotional discount of 50% (“Promotion”) off the daily fee per child enrolled at a Service for the period from the date of enrolment  of the Child until 30 April 2025 (“Qualifying Date”).

The Promotion commences on Friday, 31 January 2025 and ends on Wednesday, 30 April 2025 (“Promotion Period”).

The Promotion is subject to the terms and conditions set out below and the terms and conditions of any signed enrolment form.

All enrolment forms required by the Service must be completed on or before 6:30 PM on 29 April 2025 by the New Family.

To be eligible for this Promotion, your child must be enrolled and commence care at the Service during the Promotion Period.

The enrolments must be:

• for a minimum of 2 days per week and must include a Monday or Friday; and
• must remain at a minimum of 2 days per week at all times until the Qualifying Date.

Your Child must be enrolled and still in care with an eligible Affinity Education Group Service on the Qualifying Date.

After the Qualifying Date the Promotion Discount will cease to apply to your account.

In accordance with our Fee Payment Procedure, your account is required to be up-to-date and fees paid a week in advance to be eligible for the Promotion. In the event your account is not up to date, or it does not have a payment plan in place, the Promotion will be forfeited.

The Service reserves its rights to change, modify or cancel the Promotion at any time in its sole discretion.

The Promotion is not valid with any other offer and subject to availability of care.

The Promotion is not available to any staff members or employees of Affinity Education Group.

Affinity Education Group fees are subject to change.
