About Us
At Affinity Education Group, we’re here for one reason - to give every child the best start in life.
As one of Australia’s largest and most respected early education providers, we’re setting new standards in curriculum, training, and care. Today, our team of over 5,700 educators and support staff provide high-quality early education to more than 20,000 children and 8,000 families across the country.
Since 2013, our mission has been to inspire and nurture individuals to reach their full potential. That mission begins with child-centred education - and extends to supporting the wellbeing and professional growth of every member of our team.
Because we know that the early years matter - not just for children, but for society as a whole.

Our Story
Affinity Education was founded with a vision: to create inclusive, nurturing environments where children thrive, educators grow, and families feel supported.
Over the past decade, we’ve led the way in early childhood education innovation - from launching our Lifelong Learning Curriculum, to establishing the Affinity Learning Academy, to forming partnerships with leading universities and cultural education providers.
Through it all, we’ve stayed true to our promise:
Potential, realised.
